did you get this from David? I almost posted it today too..that would have been funny...we might have both thought we got it from the other!!

How you doing girl...you know you're inspiring me now as I go through some hell I just have to sit with. Your post a while back on embracing your state of being is serving me well.
Love,

Hi Gianna! Yes I got it from David. He's my hero :o) The day will probably come when you and I will post the same thing at the same time. LOL!

I'm soooo glad to hear that my earlier post is serving now. It's just amazing what you're doing for yourself in spite of all the hell you've been facing. You are an inspiration to more people than you know.

oh god, Jayme. I hardly feel like an inspiration right now. No sleep. just laying in bed for hours. and I can't help but get scared. did I come off the risperdal to fast? some would say so definitely. It crosses my mind to go back on 1/4 mg---I was on 11 mg. What's 1/4 for a couple of months then titrating that again until I'm off. there are a lot of people who say the last part of tapering a drug is the hardest and should be taken the most slowly. But I'll stick in out another week, maybe two and see if the withdrawals pass.

Funny. I went to the Austin Lounge Lizards site and read the lyrics to some of their other songs. I might have a new favorite group!

I'm trying to decide which is funnier, this or the onion video about monitoring schizophrenics on spikol and furious seasons. Thanks!

Very funny video. Kind of sad when something so funny is actually the way things really are these days. Now I'm going to think of this video every time I see a commercial for Viagra (or whatever others are on t.v.all the time). I was glad to read on another blog that you are knowledgable about Low Dose Naltrexone. It is like a miracle for me.

You are taking Low Dose Naltrexone? I'mk nowledgable about it but just from what I've read, not experienced. I'm glad to hear it's the miracle for you that they say it is. It's so encouraging. How do you get it?
